Pre-Placement Offer - Overview

We value talent and invest in your future. Our pre-placement offers are designed to recognize and secure exceptional candidates even before they graduate. You stand a chance to get selected while you are still studying and get the following benefits:

  • Learning: An outcome oriented training program during 3 months probation. Master the latest skills (Tech – Angular, Nodejs, React, etc. and NonTech – Digital Marketing, startup marketing, sales, accounting, etc.)

Package

Upon successful completion of the probation/training period, the following package will be offered:

  • First three months -: Probation/Training Period
  • After Probation -: 01 to 06 Months  Rs. 5,000/- per month
  • After Probation -: 07 to 12 Months  Rs. 10,000/- per month
  • After Probation -: 12 to 24 Months  Rs. 15,000/- per month
Higher packages may be offered for selected candidates during the process or after joining based on their performance.
